At Sujata Creation, we take great care in delivering high-quality products crafted with devotion. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Minor color/design variations (as many items are handmade)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve the request
Once approved:
- We will arrange a pickup or
- Ask you to ship the product back
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection
- Once approved, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method
5. Replacement Option
- We may offer a replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability
- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost (for valid cases)
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product):
→ We bear the shipping cost - If return is for any other reason:
→ Shipping cost may be deducted
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Damaged Package
- Do not accept parcels that are visibly damaged or tampered
- Inform us immediately with proof
9. Important Note
As most of our products are handmade and devotional items, slight variations in color, design, or size are natural and should not be considered defects.
