We currently ship across India. For any international shipping requests, customers can contact us before placing the order.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹3000. A minimal shipping fee may apply to orders below this value (visible at checkout).

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Other Locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email. You can track your order through the our website.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available.

8. Delays in Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions.
Courier issues.
High order volume or festive season.

In such cases, we will keep you informed.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

10. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it. Contact us immediately with photos/videos for quick resolution. Take the photo of the product or you can make a video and send us through Whats app or Email.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
